Hey! I am Lian,

With a Master’s in Digital and Social Media Marketing from the University of Dundee in Scotland and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama, I’ve built a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and problem-solving that I apply every day in my career. My experience spans HR, payroll, contractor support, and People Operations, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. I’ve worked across different time zones, coordinated tech logistics, and streamlined processes to keep operations efficient and people happy. Before diving into HR, I also gained experience in digital marketing, client relations, and corporate operations, making me well-versed in both people and projects.

Born and raised in Panama City, Panama, and now based in Frankfurt, Germany, I bring an international perspective to both my professional and personal life. I’m a fitness lover, bookworm, and travel enthusiast who has explored 20+ countries and counting! Whether I’m cycling through city streets abroad, trying a new workout, or playing in the snow during my travels, I’m always up for an adventure. Spanish is my native language, I speak fluent English, and I’m actively learning German (B1 and climbing!).

My Google Calendar is basically my personal assistant; if it’s not scheduled, it doesn’t exist. I’m always looking for the next challenge, whether in my career, at the gym, pushing my fitness limits, or exploring a new country!
