Hey! I am Lian,

With a Master’s in Digital and Social Media Marketing from the University of Dundee in Scotland and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama, I’ve built a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and problem-solving—skills I apply every day in my career. My experience spans HR, payroll, contractor support, and people operations, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. I’ve worked across different time zones, coordinated tech logistics, and streamlined processes to keep operations efficient and people happy. Before diving into HR, I also gained experience in digital marketing, client relations, and corporate operations, making me well-versed in both people and projects.

Born and raised in Panama City, Panama, I’m a CrossFit addict, bookworm, and travel enthusiast—I’ve explored over 20 countries and counting! Whether I’m cycling through city streets abroad or playing in the snow during my travels, I’m always up for an adventure. My native language is Spanish, I speak fluent English, and I’m actively learning German (B1 and climbing!).

My Google Calendar is basically my personal assistant—if it’s not scheduled, it doesn’t exist. Now, I’m always looking for the next challenge—whether it’s in my career, on a bike, or exploring a new country!
